Flood Insurance

Flood coverage is often excluded from homeowners insurance policies; it's also nature's most costly natural disaster. So, for homeowners such as yourself living in coastal or other high risk regions, it’s important to acquire an additional insurance policy to cover any damage caused by flooding. In Florida, Texas, the Gulf Coast and up the Eastern Seaboard, Annex will provide flood insurance to cover harm to the integrity of your home itself, and loss of belongings inside. Where it can rain, it can flood.

Why do you need
flood insurance?

Flooding is the nation's costliest natural disaster. If even one foot of water enters a home, electrical outlets, furnaces, and HVAC systems can be damaged. At three feet, floodwater can cause damage to the home’s infrastructure, water supply, sewage, and plumbing systems, resulting in a much greater cost to you. Because standard homeowners' insurance does not cover flood damage like this, it’s important to protect your assets from the damage that flooding can cause.
